Landowner or agent attendance during the flight is not required, as long as the pilot has access to the property at the scheduled survey time. In some cases, property access isn’t even necessary, as we’re able to fly the entire ranch from outside the gate. That said, bystanders are more than welcome to attend and observe if they wish.

Clients receive a digital copy of their report within 1–10 days of the flight. While the full flight video is always included, we understand most people don’t have time to watch hours of footage. That’s why every survey includes a highlight video, a concise, engaging compilation of the best wildlife sightings. It’s perfect for quick reference and easily shareable via private YouTube link with anyone interested in the property.
